Welcome back to the Student Leadership Team!

The heart of SLT is to transform students into disciples of Jesus and leaders among their peers. Our goal is to develop leadership skills and cultivate a Christ-like attitude of service that will result in a generation of radical, faith-filled Christ followers at Impact and in our communities.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

Those who have given their life to Jesus and are born again believers (Romans 10:9-11)
Those who are faithfully studying the Bible and striving to live out their faith (James 1:22-25)
Those who are committed to serving behind the scenes, often times without recognition (1 Corinthians 10:31)
Those who are willing to push beyond their comfort zones (2 Timothy 1:7)
Those who are excited to develop their leadership skills and serve according to their spiritual gifts (Ephesians 4:11-16)
Those who are ready to share the gospel with their peers (Romans 1:16)

WHAT IS THE PROGRAM COMMITMENT?

Consistently attending Tuesday night Impact and events
Serving the Impact Tribe through welcoming newcomers and planning events
Monthly SLT meetings (first Sundays of the month, 7:45am - 9:45am at FBC)
SLT Training Retreat (August 2-4, 2024)
Regularly meeting with a mentor
Understanding that as a student leader you are held to a higher standard and remaining open to accountability from leadership (in regards to your actions, words, social media usage, clothing, etc.)
Open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors (2024-2025 school year)
