This all day event is for middle school and high school students who want to learn more about Jesus - whether you grew up going to church or this will be your very first time. When and where?

Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 19th, 2023 from 9am-9pm at Fellowship Bible Church in Tacoma, WA!

Who can attend?

The Impact Summer Conference is open to all students in middle school and high school (that includes incoming 6th graders to the 2023-2024 school year as well as Class of 2023 HS graduates).

How much does it cost?

The cost is $35 per student. Scholarships are available by request on an as needed basis. Contact us for more info.

What do I need to bring?

We’ll provide a conference booklet, meals and snacks, a top notch swag bag, and an event t-shirt! You should bring your Bible and a pen. We also definitely think you should bring a friend (and if you don’t have any friends, then we’ll provide those too).

What are we going to do all day?

From worship and teachings to games and giveaways, it’s going to be like an entire week of summer camp crammed into one day. Absolutely epic.

WORKSHOPS

  • HOW NOT TO SAVE THE WORLD

    What are some common misunderstandings that exist around sharing the gospel? Join us as we dive into how can we become equipped to share our faith with clarity and confidence.

    Speaker: Michael Stufflebeam

    Main Topic: Evangelism

  • THE DEFENSIVE LINE

    How can we defend our faith in a world where truth is subjective, science is prized, and tolerance is king? In this workshop, we will tackle real world objections to the gospel and grow in our understanding of how to defend our faith.

    Main Topic: Apologetics

  • KINGDOM BUILDERS

    We believe that all believers are given the charge to be an active participant in serving their local church (1 Peter 4:10). Join us as we look to the disciples’ season of preparation and their time of ministry building the early church to see how we can learn from their examples according to our unique giftings.

    Main Topic: Spiritual development, ecclesiology (the study of church)

  • KILL THE CLICHES

    In this workshop, we will deconstruct sayings such as “God won’t give you more than you can handle”, “let go and let God”, “hate the sin, love the sinner”, etc. and learn how to correctly interpret the Bible to grow in our ability to properly read and interpret the Bible.
